Let's just be real, getting towed sucks, period. But thanks for getting me and my Jeepers safely off the side of the road as quickly as you did. I have waited hours in the past with other tow companies and was honestly surprised when you pulled up!!

I believe Jacob was the tow truck driver and was able to get us squared away in almost no time on our part. He however had to wait for a few hours until they actually got him out of the impound and was so patient! He went above and beyond what we expected from the service. Will recommend to anyone who asks!

New Era saved the day - my mom and brother barely made it to a safe place to park his truck - it was really late at night and pouring down and thundering - they had been waiting for another tow company for about 2 hours - we reached out to New Era and a tow truck was there quickly despite the pouring rain - we are extremely happy and recommend y'all have them be the first call in a time of crisis - Not only were they quick and professional they came through!
